Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) 

The City of Milan is actively collaborting with the Washtenaw County Health
Department, Milan Area Schools, and other national, state, and local
organiztions for the COVID-19 pandemic. This page features Washtenaw
County Health Department, State of Michigan and Centers for Disease
Control resources and also includes city-specific information and
recommendations as they become available. 

As of March 16, 2020 all non-essential City of Milan operations will be
closed through April 5, 2020
. Essential business will continue to take place
at City Hall, but the offices will be closed to the public. Customer service will
continue online and via phone.  Read press release. (UPDATE: as of
April 9, 2020, this date was exteneded to April 30, 2020)

Starting March 24 at 12:01 AM through at least April 13 at 11:59 PM all
Michiganders must stay in their homes unless they’re a part of that critical
infrastructure workforce, engaged in an outdoor activity, or performing tasks
necessary to the health and safety of themselves or their family, like going to
the hospital or grocery store.

Milan City Hall is currently closed to the public. City staff will continue to
serve the public and conduct city business during normal business hours
(M-F; 8 AM - 4PM) via phone, email and online.

Milan Police Department lobby is currently closed to public access.
