Please be advised that the application process for special events in Milan have been revised and updated:

  • To accommodate the rising demand for space, resources, and support, it is MANDATORY to fill out and submit the special event request form at least 60 days before your event.
  • After reviewing your application, a representative will reach out to inform you of the status and guide you on the subsequent actions that may be required.
  • Certain event categories may necessitate extra permits, applications, or procedures for approval. You will receive notification if further steps are necessary.
A Special Event Request form must be completed for all events in the City of Milan (new or existing) a minimum of 60 days prior to the proposed event.
