Clean Sweep Ambassadors: Keeping our downtown clean and safe is a priority for Milan Main Street and the City of Milan. Together, Main Street and the City work to maintain, repair, and improve our downtown. But we could use your help. That is why we are inviting individuals and groups to be Clean Sweep Ambassadors. The role of Clean Sweep Ambassadors is simple —help us keep sidewalks and streets clean by picking up litter and debris when you see it. This can be as simple as picking up litter when you happen to be downtown or committing one day a week or month to walk the downtown district just for the purpose of picking up litter. And, notifying a Clean Sweep Liaison if you see an issue that requires attention beyond picking up litter and tossing it in a trash receptacle.
